Private artificial intelligence for cybersecurity decision-making
Starkhound's AI assists finding analysis inside the organization's own instance. The security team retains the decision.
No data leaves the platform
Starkhound's artificial intelligence is part of the platform. By default, assisted analysis does not depend on any external service.
Inside the organization's own instance
The AI runs inside the organization's instance, alongside its data. Findings, assets and reports are not sent elsewhere to be analyzed.
No external services by default
No third-party AI provider is involved unless the organization explicitly enables that connection.
Own data, isolated
Each company works only with its own data, in its own database. One company's information is never used to assist another.
Assistance at every step of the analysis
The AI reduces repetitive analysis work and adds context to each finding, without replacing the security team's judgment.
Findings cross-referenced with compliance controls
Each finding is automatically related to the controls of the applicable standards, such as OWASP ASVS or a custom standard loaded from Excel, even when they share no CWE. It complements the CWE link and the team's manual links.
Similar findings and search by meaning
Locates equivalent findings already documented and enables search by meaning, not only by exact words, including across findings written in different languages.
From recurring findings to templates
Detects vulnerabilities written again and again that the library does not yet cover, and proposes a template draft, cleared of client data, for review before it is saved.
MITRE ATT&CK technique suggestions
Proposes the techniques the team itself has already declared in equivalent findings. Without previous classifications there is no proposal, and every suggestion requires confirmation.
The AI proposes; the team validates
Responsibility for classification, prioritization and client communication remains with the security team.
Explicit confirmation
No suggestion changes a classification, a template or a finding without confirmation from a member of the team.
Review before publishing
Nothing reaches the client without review: publishing findings and reports is always an explicit action by the team.
Assisted imports as drafts
Findings obtained with AI assistance enter as drafts and follow the same review flow as any other finding.
Optional connection to external AI providers and AI assistants
External connections are the organization's decision: none is active by default and all are configured explicitly.
External AI providers
The organization chooses the provider, external or its own model deployed on its infrastructure, and connects it with its own key. It is used to turn PDF reports into draft findings, and every use is logged.
Disabled by defaultAI assistants and agents
Connection of the platform with AI assistants and agents through the MCP protocol (Model Context Protocol), with access keys managed by the organization itself.
Advanced planThird-party autonomous pentesting
Import of results from third-party autonomous pentesting solutions as findings. The platform never launches or controls those tests: it centralizes their result.
